T-Mobile SDA, no sound?

My phone is a T-Mobile SDA. It is on "normal" profile, the sound is turned all the way up, and I can hear the ring sound when I recieve text/calls. However when I answer the call, I can hear nothing and they can't hear me. And when I press numbers to call someone, it is silent unlike before it used to beep everytime I pressed a number. Anyone have any ideas?
