T mobile Sidekick compatible with Sasktel ?

i really want a sidekick Lx !!!!! but i live in canada where we have Sasktel , is there ANY WAY i can have a sidekick lx and use it with sasktel ? ( and what about Rogers) ive heard of the unlocked sidekicks- , how does that work ? plz help !
