tampons and swimming!?

i want to join swim team and my mom says good cuz swimming is good excersie and stuff.
but then thing is that im gonna have to use tampons when i get my period and she wont let me use tampons cuz ill break my virginity seal
(bull crap.. i already told her that ill still be a virgin because a penis is what takes my virginity away. not a tampon!!)

but how can i really convince her to let me use a tampon. i dont want to have to sit out when im on my period cuz ill miss out on stuff and it will be embarrassing cuz then everyone knows im on my period..HELP!!!
 
Tell her that a tampon is not a living thing. It is not another human being in which you are giving yourself too. I believe in this, but I still use tampons. Also, explain to her about how embarrassed you would be having to sit out. If all else fails, try asking someone in your church about the tampon, such as a religion class teacher. That way, you can verify that you are right.
