With 800 dollars you are not going to get a very light weight bike.
The best way to get a cheep bike is to build it yourself with parts on craigslist.
If you do not have to know how to build one yourself the best bet is to do searching on craigslist until you find a bike that comes at a good deal. Watch out though lots of hipsters try to sell their bike for the same exact price they bought it.
