Didn't the narrator say the attack on the hippo failed because there was no adult male involved?
 
I saw that vid before. The lions failed because they were young animals and inexperienced.

Here's one where a gazelle made total fools out of a cheetah and a hyena.

I love Cheetahs, so cute. Leopards to, so neat to look at. And of course tigers with their orange fur and black stripes, nature is an artist.
Wouldn't it be neat to have a pet Cheetah. Id need a lot of land like a big ranch to keep it happy though.
I decided to put my money where my mouth is and donate to the Cheetah fund.
 
A mate of mine had a pet Leopard when he lived back in India.
It bit one of the servants so they gave it to a zoo.
For realz. He got photos and everything.
 
Not a pride exactly, sometimes a group of male lions will form a coalition of their own. Kind of like a pride but not exactly.
 
wouldn't want a cheetah for a pet. Gotta really know what yer doing to have those animals, and I don't.

some people do though, as in the case of Bart the bear.

Someone needs to take all the archived bagpuss footage and burn it in a nuclear furnace and then launch the ashes into the sun.

Oh and most of those cats are morbidly obese. People should be arrested for letting their pets get into that sort of condition.
 
Ive noticed Cheetahs eat fast. They really chow down. Guess they have to make the most of a kill.

well when you're a skinny slender thing and other animals can steal your food, I guess you have to eat it fast.
 
Maybe cheetah are all Catholic. Gotta eat fast when you're from a big family.
