under the warranty. ? I have purchased a motorbike from a dealer with 2 full services plus 12 months warranty, however I have just found out that they are no longer trading and I should have the second service done by January 2011 also the warranty was/is valid until July 2011. I have contacted them via an email address but they are saying they will no longer honour the warranty or service. What can I do ?

You paid money for your warranty and service contract, so they owe you money.
See if you can have them at least reimburse that money or threaten with a lawsuit.
Hire a lawyer if need be, pro bono if possible, you may receive more money than you paid.

if that was their only dealer, then you're screwed. if they went out of business, then they're not going to have people on staff to perform any repairs/maintenance.
