The Kirby manga was supposed to be released in 2010, but wasn't! Why not?

Viz Media owns the rights.
They said it would come out on September 7 of the year mentioned.
When that date passed by, every online store instantly declared the item as no longer available,out of stock, etc.
Fans are declaring with pessimism that the manga will always be doomed to stay in Japan.
