The one true commandment of all religions is 'Love' where did it go?

Is a christian Tenet not 'Love thy neighbour' ?
When it comes down to it, they're all about love but have become twisted in some places down the line.
Religiously I'm an atheist but spiritually I believe love is the one true religion (Corny isn't it?)
