The Very Back top of my mouth hurts?

Earlier today. I had a feeling of water stuck in the back of my nose?? And when it finally had faded away, The very back top of my mouth started aching. And after that started, My nose has been runny all day and it hurts to swallow. It also is irritating to breath. I have been drinking a lot of hot tea, & read that it Might be a Swollen Uvula? Or Allergies? Can some please confirm one of the two? Or tell me what it is and what should I do, Thanks!
