the web page will go to the next site or page but the load bar stays almost full I cannot even press the x on mozilla to make it stop loading the page so i can use the arrows to scroll on the page it is frustrating because i have to drag the slide bar on the side of the page to go up and down because it will not fully load - everything on the page is loaded and works correctly just will not complete the last 1 percent so i can move freely on the page what would cause this? thanks
