Judging by today's market, this bill is not going to help our economy. Too many questions, the market hates doubt and this spendulous package is causing nothing but. Since Mr. Obama has been in office the market has seen very little upswing, it's taking a huge nose dive and if this is any indication we are all in big trouble.
I doubt if it'll have any effect on anything except for President Pelosi and VP Reid pruning their wings for the next election.

How long before we see improvement in the infrastructure, will this be the normal method for government projects 2 years to study the need 2 more years to study the cost 2 more years to accept bids, 2 more years to award the contracts and by then all of the money has been spent on studies?
