There was a Sci-Fi TV episode I watched once...cant seem to figure out the name

of it HELP? It was in color and it started off with a woman in her office/apartment and she was calling people to collect money they owed the company she was working for. One woman she called had a thick accent and complained of a headache and could not produce the money. Then, a man with a briefcase came into the room and stayed the night, When the woman woke up the next morning, she had a terrible headache, and a thick accent replaced her old voice and her posh apartment/office's window was now facing a brick wall, the man with the briefcase then told her the woman with the accent lived the same way and had bad headaches. The episode ended with the phone ringing in her now empty apartment and as she picked up, her old voice was speaking, asking her for money she owed to a company.


sorry if this is weird but id really like to know what this was..it was a twilight zone like tv episode but i checked on wiki and this description is not in the episode guide...thanks for your help!
