At the risk of getting a boatload of abuse from the usual suspects (you know who you are), I have an itch that I cannot scratch! Every time I think I know where it is and try to scratch it, it moves somewhere else! Grrrrrrrrrr!

was finding motivation at the gym difficult, had the weights room to myself for most of one and half hours so at least got to play some Darkest Hour

when I do Shrugs (barbell @ 50kg) I occasionally get a little twinge pain on the right lat, maybe once in a set of 8 reps, yet when I do jumping rolls (after pain free kneeling and standing rolls) I get a larger tense pain on the left lat while the right is fine. very odd

I miss the jacuzzi at the Outlooks gym. If I had a lottery win a jacuzzi bath and steam room would be on the list

Macro sell inflatable hotubs for your steam room a small wooden shed, couple of sheets of polystyrene & a wallpaper stripper. Even the smallest garden can have a spar

Wanna scrub my back?!

Tell you what, if you guys fight this out in a vat of jelly, the winner can help me with my problem!

Absolutely

You can't ask me to fight an old man! He might choke on his dentures or worse! His colostomy bags could burst!

Well, if you go with my Stargate obsession it has to be blue (raspberry - I think) but otherwise it could be orange or lime!
