True, but the same argument could be used for the groceries...

Those of us who eat fresh fruit, veggies and meat are at a disadvantage to the cake, chocolate and crisp consumers!
 
At the risk of getting a boatload of abuse from the usual suspects (you know who you are), I have an itch that I cannot scratch! Every time I think I know where it is and try to scratch it, it moves somewhere else! Grrrrrrrrrr!

was finding motivation at the gym difficult, had the weights room to myself for most of one and half hours so at least got to play some Darkest Hour

when I do Shrugs (barbell @ 50kg) I occasionally get a little twinge pain on the right lat, maybe once in a set of 8 reps, yet when I do jumping rolls (after pain free kneeling and standing rolls) I get a larger tense pain on the left lat while the right is fine. very odd

Macro sell inflatable hotubs for your steam room a small wooden shed, couple of sheets of polystyrene & a wallpaper stripper. Even the smallest garden can have a spar
