Some neanderthal jumped the queue at Saino's and then offered to punch me in the car park when I pointed it out to him.
Still...managed to get him to walk back to the queue and wait.
In retrospect laughing at him when he got all aggro probably wasn't the best course of action but it was such silly reaction it struck me as funny.
I mean...it's Christmas..good will to all men and all that? Where did that go?

My SI joint's injured again and won't freaking stop dislocating. I've had to shove it back in place three times today. Not pleasant. Shoving it back in place doesn't hurt too much, what hurts is when it comes out and pushes into nerves. Not fun. One time I didn't realize it was dislocated and was walking around for days in horrible agony with a misaligned SI joint. If that makes me sound hardcore...lol, I'm not. I complained like a baby.

It says something about how abnormal my musculoskeletal system is that this happens. Your SI joint is one of the most stable joints you have. My own dislocates sometimes just from intra-abdominal pressure, for example from violently sneezing. Even my pelvic symphysis dislocates.

One plus is I'm handling this okay. Not so long ago I'd probably have blamed it on being small/female, gotten horribly angry and upset, and tried to deadlift like 300 kgs just to prove to myself I wasn't weak, inferior, broken etc. So far, I just reasoned that while most compound lifts are out, my upper body is working just fine, so I'm concentrating on weighted pullups and OHPs.

Christmass eve drinks, i've always gone to the pub on xmass eve, since I was 15-16, every year it's the same, totally packed with once a year drinkers who want to stop and tell you how much they love their family or some crap, and on top of that the insane amounts of trouble.
This year was alright a few scraps but after 3 years of working in night clubs I don't really pay attention to that, last year I saw a man get speared with a pool cue Sparta style! But this year the trouble turned to me, I'm stood at the bar minding my own business, having just payed for a pint and chaser I'm waiting for it to be poured and someone took the needle with me for no reason, I'm in front of many friends, family and ladies so I held onto my temper but I'm so frustrated that he literally wanted to scrap with me for no reason other than I was the closest bloke.

Once a year boozer should have smashed him!

Proud I didn't though.

just realized that i initially mis-read a sign at my gym's website (it says that they're open 360 days a year, and i thought it was 365), so now it turns out they close today and on new year.

I WANT TO TRAIN ಠ_ಠ

I would argue it has nothing to do with hypermobility and everything to do with how you sleep, prepare for sleep and calm the mind in the lead up to sleep.

You could just as easily pull a muscle by not being flexible.

Possibly, but I suspect it's simply that I hyperextend, pull and tear very easily, both muscle and connective tissue, even when in perfect health.

I wasn't tense or angry before sleeping. I was enjoying reading a book beforehand. I was just overheated, and heat while sleeping tends to result in my violently thrashing and flinging my sheets halfway across the room. I woke up twisted into some fairly disturbing positions more than once.

Also, Otrivine tastes of puke. I always manage to shoot some into the back of my mouth by mistake. LOL
