Things that make you go GRRRRR.... (Part 2)

Naah bud, I'm just being a girl haha, tired and over thinkyness= unneeded stress.

GRRR I hate shopping! Newcastle will see a tantrum if it's as busy as last time!

I think when I'm feeling aggressive or angry, I'm going to start saying 'I'm just being a man'.

Yeah, one of the muscles there is just pulled into tight inflexible ridges and won't unlock. Some ibuprofen and cold gel helped, but it's still sore and inflexible.

I like the word diarrhea. It seems a fitting word to use as a swear

I think I have roid rage lately without ever actually having used anabolics.

The mild head cold/flu thingy possibly had something to do with it...

I recommend using the Frodo mod. Using a Saz or an Aegis with full god powers would just be cheating.

Probably closer to what most women I know decry as 'boy time' or 'sitting around playing computer games and talking about farts'.

The muscle insert in my upper back that I was whining about earlier is now inflamed and enlarged.

It's huge, but only on one side, and only this ONE insert. The ones on my other vertebrae are fine.

I asked for that by doing deadlifts and powercleans I guess...

uhh... why not get to a physio and get it sorted? If it's as bad as your getting at then you need to get to someone who can give you an accurate assessment and solution to the problem.

What he said. That's an injury. A serious one by the sounds of it, if it's that swollen. And if you got it from weightlifting you're either lifting waaaaaay too much, or you're doing it wrong.

I'd rather take the chance that the inflaofftopiction will go on its own. Physio sessions cost money.

Doesn't work like that in Ireland, Frodo

Corona - if you can't afford the medical, you really need to put the weights down for a while. Training with it, or even training just after it (just because you can't feel it, doesn't mean it's not there) will continue causing (possibly serious) damage.

Have you considered buying a foam roller?

PA - they don't have an NHS in Ireland - they have various private schemes which the government may contribute to in particular ways. I do think emergency treatment is free though. Although, living in the UK I'm not the best one to be talking about it!

No NHS here.

*sigh* Ok, I'll rest until the muscle tissue goes back to normal. That's gonna take a lot of willpower, lol.

No, good point on the roller. Probably gentler than the small rubber powerballs I use for SMR.
