I joked in class today that I am gutted because I paid the driver £50.00.

My son trains with me so I hope he doesn't turn grass.

Ewww, Mike!

what makes me go 'grrrr' That evil sandan. My ex.

who nearly immediately after i broke up with him because he was being a rottening pile of human feces went with some other girl, moved her into his house (as i wouldnt move in with him because i'd only been seeing him for 5 months) then even though his own dojo was opening soon he brought her to the dojo where we both had trained and shoved her in my face "this is..." and then later over the phone said he did it to hurt me. I talked to our senseis about that because he poisoned my training environment (amazingly he still pretended he cared about my earning my orange belt soon I'll use coronas words: VOMIT.) and my karate friends and everyone was so supportive! Senseis said that wasnt good not just as a karateka and senpai but also as a person as well. And for the next classes Sensei kept us apart and made sure I'd have a good environment so I would have nothing to do with him.

I saw what looked like lorry parked in the middle of the road, possibly an accident or something I thought to myself, so I roared passed it... It was only once I had sailed by that I realised that they had stuck up temporary traffic lights in the area!!!

I couldn't see them because the lorry blocked them out totally, it also blocked out the the warning signs that traffic signals were in the area!!!

Having had a closer look, there appears to be cameras on them... MAJOR GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!

It's common courtesy to do that, but I hate it when they don't acknowledge you. I'm not asking for an explicit show of gratitude, just a smile, eye contact or slight raise of the chin will suffice.

That can send me from a happy, easy going mood to absolute rage instantly. I have to say something as a 'counter' for their ignorance; Usualy along the lines of 'Why, you're welcome. I am honoured to hold the door for you. No need to thank me. Can i carry your bags too?' That makes the missus cringe.

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr at people who I don't know nor do I care to know, calling me 'mate'. I am not your mate. I have no desire to spend my free time in your company. Do not call me mate.

I try to acknowledge the people but even i have been guilty of doing that very thing. Like my facebook profile says "I dont know if I am god's angel or satan's devil. Because I am both." Its impossible to be a good girl all the time but i try and if i accidentally treat someone bad I am quick to apologize. Except if its what i like to call accidentally on purpose like if they treat me bad first.

One time was funny, i held the door open for a young man and said There you go....then he had to hold the door open for me and he said there you go. we looked at each other and had a giggle

Cheers! I've been kind of busy for around 6 months. Life kind of got in the way of martial arts, so I kind of felt like a bit of a fraud, coming on here and posting while not training. Oddness, but it worked in my head.

Still, back to training next month. Wataah!

It can go too far though. I held a door open for some woman and she stopped, turned to me and said "what a polite young gentleman". That was one of the most awkward silences ever.

I hate it when people do what this elderly woman did, which was to shove her way ahead of me in a queue then mutter 'thank you' like I had actually offered to let her go first. Like I wasn't a human being, like I was some kind of untermensch. Like my blood is worth less than hers because I'm 70 years younger. I wanted to deadlift her up and smash her head on the floor.

Yeah, I'm oversensitive, and ragey.
