People who act all high and mighty. Also people who boast when in reality they just look pitiful. They annoy me.

That, and people who invade your personal bubble(whom you don't trust and when they do it on purpose).

grrrrr at when I try to overtake someone in a car who is going slow and they speed up GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am missing a ton of contractile strength atm...can normally do 16 pullups, now am fighting to the death at 10..

And I did 20 pistol squats last night and now I am walking like an inebriated monkey.

Did all 16. My damaged shoulder hurts though.

Yes, I'm a braindead, reckless idiot.

Just hate taking it easy for any reason. I feel worthless as a human without my physical strength. Just a little incubator-creature with no selfhood of her own.

Sounds to me like you have monster self esteem problems. You need to accept who you are and stop letting other people's views of who you should be wind you up. Otherwise you're going to spend the whole of your life wandering round with a chip on your shoulder and aggressively reacting to every little perceived slight. Once you get accept yourself for who you are, you can enjoy life, do your hobbies for yourself and you won't care about what others think. Also, when people are worried about you, think of it as the fact they care about you, not that they're having a go at you and criticising you.

I'm fine with who I am mentally. Not so fine with being assumed to be weaker than a baby mouse with nemaline myopathy, even when I demonstrate that I'm not.

Thanks for caring btw.

I just tried to climb on my bunk bed, ladder went out from under me, almost impaled me and bruised up my rectus abdominis...wheee. I also somehow managed to gouge my upper back up on the rail along the side of the bed....what a happy day....

I grew up hating my body too. Cause every member of my family were good at the physical stuff and i used to go look at tons of medals and trophies up to my ears at my relative's home. While I had the balance and coordination and fine motor problems. and people were telling, me go concentrate on something intellectual instead of physical. I just felt so worthless and i always thought Someday I'll show them.

I have my own two medals now.

Take it easy. When you are better and you're shoulder's better you'll have your strength back. Tbh I think you seem like an INCREDIBLY strong person. by the way you write and the sound of your posts.

I am overweight, but its not a barrier, I use it to my advantage. There is strength to be found in some of the most unlikely place.
