Lol I think one of my weaknesses is I do exactly that - use sheer strength rather than technique. I can do that with the smaller guys but there is a limit.
Just did them, 5 pronated and 5 supinated before completely failing. Video is poo, you can't see much of me except my back muscles straining like deranged worms, want me to share anyway?
