Well if you're going to spend your life comparing yourself with men who are that much bigger and stronger than you, you might as well give up now. You need to accept who you are and where you fit in. If you set ridiculous goals then you will never achieve them, you'll set yourself up for being an almighty failure and spend your life with the extreme levels of anger and tension that you exhibit at the moment. Compare yourself with where you were last year or pick a sports woman who is the same height and build as you. When I'm looking at my lifting achievements I look at the goals for the women of around 110-120lbs, not the 200lb men!
