Sorry to inform you with all the distractions on here the itch seems to have gone!

But don't let that stop the upcoming jelly wrestling!

Possibly forgot to mention a recent re-watch of 'Remo: Unarmed and Dangerous'. In it he ran on wet cement and Chung ran on water. I'm sure running on custard was planned for the sequel

Being able to do endless sets of pullups while hyperadrenal (I had some problem with my adrenaline production several years ago, and I occasionally still get recurrences...ie I get huge dumps for no reason I can discern...) and then trying them when in a normal state and struggling just to finish set 1. It makes me wonder why the heck I bother. Vlech, I hate being weak. This body was made for having babies, not for hefting around 53kg of dead weight. Feces.

Sorry about the excessive emotional vomiting, I just really felt like complaining.

So long as you can avoid injury, training when you get these dumps doesn't sound like such a bad idea. I know I'd try to make the most of them in a similar way if I got them. Not only will you get a harder workout but it might help you work off the adrenaline better as well.

Coming to terms with your place in life at last are you ... You're not weak. You're normal. Most people find pull-ups hard. We all complain. It's human nature. Pop round Frodo's and she'll give you some crumble.
