I got a Gymboss interval timer, thought I would try it out with a gentle run to the gym with 3 min run 1 min walk intervals but only felt the vibrate setting when I stopped in the carpark of the gym, not wanting to slow or stop to take a look at it. For running not rating, though with the beep it has a lot of fans

I suspect this is the only logical explanation! Therefore we should all give up back squatting and concentrate on dominating the front squats!

got shin splints this morning (fairly rare for me) after sudden step up of my running to cut the weight, had to walk around my flat at 5am to relax the muscles....

almost forgot while you're talking about front/back squats I couldn't believe women lifting this much, watching the 2009 IPF world championship 60kg womens category, think it's put me off

Grrrrrrr slick mats at aiki. Almost dislocated my big toe after going sliding as I was attacking for a kokyu-nage.

Grrrrrr sunburn a few days before an interview.
