Things that make you go GRRRRR.... (Part 2)

Could be that, sleep does weird things though.

I remember once waking up to feed my cat at 6am and being so sore I could hardly move. Went back to sleep for a few hours, shook my limbs out...no pain.

I THINK, though I'm not going to leap to any conclusions considering I'm talking about a sample of one, that my messed up adrenal activity was from low magnesium levels.

I took 2 Mg tablets and I stopped having the massive dumps. I don't think it's a placebo effect because that rarely works on me. I've taken painkillers expecting them to work and had 0 effect...

I severely regret seeing that stupid quack when I first got that problem. I was 17, and although I'm mostly ok now, I still have the attacks occasionally. I don't mind adrenaline dumps during the day because I can use them for lifting fuel, but I do mind being kept awake until 6 am. (lol)

An endocrinologist would probably have diagnosed that in 2 seconds. Instead I saw someone who just told me to stop listening to so much death metal.

I had a similar thing happen to me years ago. I'd done a weights session after having a few weeks off and, a couple of hours after finishing, I was so sore I could barely stand up - I thought I was coming down with a really bad dose of flu. I went to bed for 3 or 4 hours and when I woke up I felt fine, a little stiff but not the agonising aches I'd suffered earlier in the evening. It was really freaky!

GRRRRR humid night time temperatures, barely slept / light sleep, then got up so late I was 5 minutes late in (and only live 5 minutes from the office)

Grrrr, running - I'm crap at it! And I always go bright red and look like I'm about to die of a heart attack afterwards!

I'm not so good at it either, can't manage light jog very well, it's running or walking, and I have some interval running tonight in the park. Gotta push myself, gotta finish work and get home first...

*RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGE*

earphones cable started to break ¬_¬

saved it by clever application of the sticky portion of a band-aid, though

Sympathy to you. I hate it when ours does that (particularly when he does it at 4am)!

Cheers. I'm cool with it now and again but all he does is go out for hours, come back and miaow

grrr at lots of muscle knots. they're not particularly painful, but my neck is once again doing its impression of an S&M party for sailors.
