Going to have to take a few weeks off 'normal' (for me) my back is pretty done in from the yoke walk at my meet on sat, apparently 50m with 200kg on your back isn't good for a spine.
No squats, Deadlift, power cleans, heavy OHP, benching with an arch etc for a week or two.
Trying to figure out what I can do, thinking of getting in for some BB style benching, lat raises, shrugs and chest supported rows tomorrow.
Any suggestions people?
