WRONG! that is not a grrr. i am disappoint.

the only DOMS that is a grrr is when it comes out of nowhere and interferes with further DOMS causing activities.

I apologize for my incompetence, and the dishonor I have brought.

On the bright side, DOMs interfered with my Tabata squats, which is odd because I haven't worked to legs for two and a half days.

Gr, I experienced sharp pain on the sides of my chest and insides of my upper arm when I tried to do some push ups. Probably over worked them. Resting up time.

that'd probably be your serratus anterior and coracobrachialis. (and maybe sternal head of the pectoralis major, or the pectoralis minor. actually it could be a lot of muscles )

Grrrrr! I have a slight niggling ache on the back of my left leg, behind the knee. I think it might be to do with the height of my bike seat. The last time I got it I was doing a lot of cycling, and since I stopped cycling it went away. I guess I need to play around with my seat height.
