When you read things like "Everyone's a beginner at some point, so it's important to start off your training with some nice easy weights that every man off the street can lift, such as..."

My best deadlift is 87kg, I'm approaching bodyweight on my zercher squats (my squats are my worst lift - I suck at them). I haven't done any benching/overhead pressing for ages but used to have an overhead press of ~30kg and a bench of ~40kg

Grrrr at myself for being so easily distracted. You know the big problem with reading T-nation? It makes you want to try all sorts of stuff. And are you ready for any of this stuff? GOD no!

I know what you mean. I get all excited every time a new article appears, wonder how I can integrate it into my routine and then realise it will spell death to my shoulder!

Thank you kind sir! My squats do suck though!

God damn M25 was closed. Another 2 hour trip home. Grrrr.

Still it is my son's 16th birthday, so after some nice pork chops it is cake time.

Right now though, grrrrrr.

You had to mention the 'C' word didn't you. I was all set today to restart my healthy eating plan after being off the wagon for the last couple of weeks and now all I can think about is that there is some cappuccino mousse cake in the fridge left over from the weekend!
