Things that make you go :-)) take two!

I have a spreadsheet for my exact numbers, but in the gym I just use the closest next weight up (whether it's lbs or kg). I'm just OCD and like to track exact weights for my records (or course that ignores the facts that my mish mash of cheap weights are exactly Olympic standarised for accuracy ).

Hehe, i just remember what the weight looks like. 308lb or 140 KG is 3 plates and work from there.

Always got to stop myself from putting 3.5PPS in my log (160kg, just an example number)

it's not full body DOMS. just obliques, mid-back, deltoids, hip flexors and hamstrings.

now have fun picturing me trying to dance without using those muscles.

ha, i can actually wiggle my ears, and move my pinky toes independently of the others

my rhomboid injury's somewhat feeling better. Still sore and swollen, but the red enlarged knot is gone.

Lol Frodo, you think you're unusually short, check out this young olympic weightlifter.

It seems my inflaofftopiction is gone; the weird wire like parts are still there, the general swelling is not.

Going to continue icing the injury and take some more ibuprofen just in case...

My cat earlier on today, chasing a squirrel across the lawn all ready for the kill...

Until the squirrel stopped and squared up to him, at which point he turned and fled in the opposite direction!
