Things that make you go :-)) take two!

The mrs just bought me a 5kilo tub of whey isolate "just because" and yesterday someone said "is your head shrinking? Wait, what the hell you doing to your neck"

Guess something must be working, #teamNoNeck.

That gives me a good idea. I was recently introduced to Stilton. How could I of missed this? Some crusty bread & some Stilton when I nip out for shopping.

Of course I'm sure!

Try it with cold stilton and hot bacon, both hot and the toastie option.

First place I ever worked as a chef we couldn't buy enough Stilton for the posh people having bacon and Stilton sandwhiches in the morning.

i settled for two because i remembered that i make weight. when i'm done with this tournament i'm gonna eat so much.

Ha! Bad luck.
I don't even have so many eggs at home actually and that's not good. I'll have to fix it some other way, like going eating nine or ten slices of cake...

No. Just no. That looks disgusting. You've taken something as glorious as bacon and defiled it

No! Bad Wildlings! You know you're not supposed to eat after midnight or else you'll transform!

----------------------

I seem to be generally grumpy recently.

GRRRR to the dude who promised me he was going to meet up with me in the local park and then completely failed to show. Not cool.

GRRRR to random sticks that stabbed me in the foot and didn't notice. That could've hurt!

GRRRR to bloody wasps deciding to land on my kick bag! That's MY kick bag! *kicks bag* *runs in terror from the wasps*

GRRRR to throwing hook punches and elbow strikes against my kick shield tied to a tree - with so much force I put both of my shoulders out of alignment from the socket

GRRRR to my hips playing up! Practicing gedan mawashi geri (lower level roundhouse kick), inside of my left hip starts to twinge. I change my method of rotation slightly to take this into account - and the outside of my right hip seizes, causing me to lose balance and fall over

But also WOOOOP! Found out from a dude who stopped by to chat that there's a boxing club about half an hour away that's pretty damn good (dude I was chatting to has won regional competitions 7 times, bronze at european level, several bronzes in the national circuit and they've even had olympic coaches come down and train them - can't remember the dude's name though ).

And £5 a week. And the wife doesn't seem to mind the idea of me going into boxing and even trying to compete, despite my random health. Methinks I shall be going to have a look as soon as I can get my bicycle fixed (even if it is a 30 mile round trip)!

I'm inclined to agree. Ditch the cheese & add nice large juicy tomatoes grilled

Or add mushroom maybe? Bacon, Stilton & mushroom
