Coronavirus has a laser hair remover. I was just saying she should keep it out of the reach of you 'cause you'd shoot someone with it and take their eye out!
 
My mom got me some lovely effervescent vit-C tablets...(the ones you dissolve in water...)
 
I've a vit b and C complex that's the same, dead tastey, colours my wee though and I smell like pineapple all day.

Some people mix them with 5g of glutamine to try and up HGH levels, haven't done much research but apparently it works.

Thought you'd be interested (in the growth hormone, not my wee)
 
Had a purple belt give us a seminar tonight, got 2 leading guys from Nova Uniao coming down for another one soon and our big gym merger is confirmed. I am a very happy southpaw
 
Feeling confident enough and knowing my limits well enough to go to the weights room without a spotter has made me plus matching my PB on squats again, and doing shoulder press without knackering my shoulder! Hopefully I will now have a productive day at work, too!

Oh, and I've just been paid my scholarship instalment - embroidered black belt here I come!
