The greatest risk is if I have a bad foot cramp day, though I tend to vary between high heels and flats, which is better than just high or just flat. Good for ankle strength. I did adult ballet for a few years and got upto advanced level, started too late and had less than ideal physique

I'm walking in Eldon Square shopping centre and spies a group of chavs heading my way. One of them grabs their mate and throws them at me, sadly, for them, my reflexes kicked in and I threw a backfist smacking them square in the head.

My reflexes are still good. Yay!

Oh and for my

I spent an evening with smoking Joe frazier last night.

The mans a total gent, and one of the true greats of boxing.

He's going to say a prayer for me before my fight next week

Well if they're going to disrupt good, law abiding citizens, going about their daily life, then don't pick on one who happens to be a martial artist... Lol.

For my next I am pleased to announce that I am just chilling with Mrs Chimpcheng. There's nowt better than just laying around, doing nothing except basking in loved up sunshine.

Sitting in the lounge watching tv last night, looking out into the garden and seeing the fox and her 2 cubs bouncing round the lawn playing and having fun!

We're pretty lucky here, we've got some nice wildlife to watch. The fox has lived round here for ages, and it's really fun to watch her play with her cubs! My favourite was the hedgehog we had a couple of years ago. It would turn up as regular as clockwork every night, just as the 10 o'clock new was starting, get fed some cat food and bimble off on it's travels till the next evening.

I've never seen a fox possibly too close to centre of Cambridge

Added salt to my drinking water (wasn't too bad with some squash) and got through a cramp free 1.5 hr cardio and upper body push/pull workout a bit earlier today

LOL nope not like that. The foxes would turn up in the park at 11:30pm on the dot every night and bark until we got there. Then they'd take turns chasing each other around. When I took the dog home the foxes would move on.
