I have VICIOUS oblique DOMS from doing said reversals, but that's kinda good. I've always wanted a huge thick oblique ridge a la Cyborg Santos.
Grateful to the guy I was training with for not taking any weakness from me just because I'm light. Can't say the same for that substitute sensei, he won't even let me lift the mats out without help...yes, he has crazy antiquated views...makes me want to either yawn or powerbomb slam someone to prove a point.
