about 1 km in 8 minutes or so with minimal breathing difficulty at the end, which after my lattest running fiasco (kept leg speed but not my lungs ) makes me pretty happy.
Yay for gaining back some of that weight I lost. Nothing impressive, but I finally have muscle around my lower spine instead of just a hollow area...Deadlifts for the win. Now I just want the rest of me to thicken up too...
also i have spontaneously remembered that my DOMS tends to develop by stages (ie hurts somewhere the first day, thne somewhere else the next day), so tomorrow should be fun. i wonder where i'll get sore
the wall is actually a bit redder than it looks in the pic. would that it were purple too, then i could just shut the door and happily starve to death staring at all my pretty purple things
