Spending ~£50 in the Caged Steel clearance sale and getting 5 pairs of their cool women's specific shorts and 4 rash guards, all of which fit really nicely. Now I just need to get back to training!

Being home and looking forward to hitting the weights tomorrow (but not to the DOMS the day after)... now I just need my physio to clear me for upper body stuff and martial arts...

one more from parkour: slowly but surely gaining confidence in jumping (i prefer climbing, tbh). managed to force myself to jump from quite a high place and survive a drop of ~2m, jumping height included.
