Post workout fry up - bacon, eggs, black pudding, beans, tomatoes, hash brown, sausage, mushrooms and kidneys. I may top it off later with some jam roly poly and custard or some biscuits.
started and finished something today, taking up my gi trousers, proper triple stitched and in for a whitening soak now hoping this will lead to me getting more sewing projects I keep putting off done.
^ I meant my own sewing projects silly got a pair of Phase shiny black pu jeans about two sizes too big that need cutting to bits, trimming and sewing back together again. Considering the weather lately they could get some summer wear
couple of days spent just rafting down the river Wye and sleeping in a teepee on the nights.
absolutely brilliant chilled out time just sat on a raft with three good mates - didn't bother paddling half the time (except for rapids) just drifted down the river enjoying the atmosphere. Teepees had a central firepit too which was kinda cool at night.
woke up early each day to run through some kung fu forms in remote little valleys next to the river.
