Things that make you go :-)) take two!

It always feels fantastic, just knowing you may have really helped someone, feels great being told that you have had a huge positive impact on someone's life. Just helping them get through a tough time. Being told that, made me feel incredibly humbled. Feels great to just be able to help a friend and have a 4 hour long conversation without even realising!

I feel pretty good right now.

Student Council elections are coming up soon, time to crush my enemies, see them driven before I, and to hear the lamentation of their women.

The 'ring girls' in this made me giggle...

I honestly have no idea why we have ring girls in this day and age!?!
How can you have women fighting in the UFC AND holding up bits of cardboard while in their pants?
Seems odd to me.

Totally agree. Scrap it...Or add some ring boys for the female spectators (all 3 of them). Seems fair enough.

No...I'm not joking.

Did you watch the video? The 'ring girls' are actually blokes in their pants! That's what made me giggle - the send up side of things.

In general though, I agree. I'm not a fan of ring girls (or ring boys) as a concept and actually don't really understand why someone needs to wander round the ring holding a card in this day and age - what with electronic displays etc.

Yeah I watched it. I was just making a general point.
The UFC should get that woman (maybe a man?) that used to do the "Pride" announcing.
"Maarrrkkkooo Huuuunntoooo!!!".
"Rooooundaaahhh wwwaaaaaan!!!!".

Welcome to the world of the female martial arts fan!

LOL! I certainly think there should be a move away from the use of ring girls.

Man I just watched some old Pride intros and they micturate on what the UFC does with Buffer and the rap/metal music.

Lenne Hardt! Currently working her magic in OneFC:

That's her. Funny how my memory made her sound a lot more Japanese in my head.

I don't get the mixing of attractive women and combat sports.
I like watching combat sports.
I like attractive women.
I don't need to see both at once.

We have ring girls so that they can get my son drunk on the free Sambuka they're given by the club we hold the shows in. Thought that would be obvious??
