A week away from the north east and from work

Unfortunately it is now over and this time tomorrow I'll be back to stacking shelves, thinking of the plan that recently fell on it's backside

Back up to 100kg deadlift today after no weight training all last year.
Now from here on to push some personal best's!

Even easier now I have my own garage gym

I wish I had a garage gym after tonight at the gym, all that time waiting that I won't get back. Still, I did manage (albeit it felt real heavy) 8 reps at 82kg
