about the nutrition part? im a full time college student and im really wanting to try the p90x...unfortunately i live on campus and my campus doesn't necessarily have the food i need(it does have healthy food just not a big variety) that is from the program and i dont have enough money to get the food from the supermarket. I was working out but then i stopped because i hated walking all the way to the gym in the cold morning and all i do is pretty much boring stuff..i need exciting workouts..and i was thinking working out in my room would be the better option for me plus i can look stupid lol...anyways, i am 5'5 and 157 and i need to loose weight..i just wanna look and feel healthy and not weak...i need a lot of motivation 2..ive heard good things about this program...so if anyone has suggestions or tips please help!! thanks!
