I used to eat so much meat, but living away, I'm forced to eat simply, and to tell the truth, I'm not crazy about buying the processed, pre-packaged stuff. I've gone days without being able to eat meat, until I feel so weak and lackluster, I snag a handful of almonds (since a vegan friend of mine used to do this). And to tell the truth, I've actually begun feeling lighter, cleaner, my skin looks healthier, and I've definitly lost weight!
I'm inspired to stick to a vegetarian diet, but I want to make sure it's healthy and that I'm getting the adequete nutrition that I need!
Also, I know it's not completely vegetarian to say this, but I just can't give up milk, and something in me just flinches thinking about drinking milk that was made from a vegatable. I always keep skim milk in my fridge. That's something I don't want to give up. Would that still be all right?
