Thinking about working at planet fitness?

This goes out to anyone who has or does work at planet fitness. I'm thinking about working the desk there.. I just want to know what the environment is like there and what type of things you have to do. I worked at LA Fitness before, and what drove me to leave was the harassment we had to put our members through, over every little thing. We were basically doing sales, when we have a whole sales department. It wasn't what I signed up for.
