Thought of the Day

That is just all kinds of wrong. Proper gyms should ideally have all the barbell stuff in a different area altogether from the dumbbells.

There was a guy doing 100kg deadlifts in the power rack, so I had to go lift a bit more on the main gym floor, just to say a big 120kg light weight mate

when do you know that you put your weight properly into a chambered roundhouse kick? when you use a door frame as a focus point for a high kick and smash your knee into it after kicking.

ow.

this is awesome. also, she looks like jaime lannister.

Since I kinda got dooped into looking at a gear obsession site, I got reminded of my jumpable recon ruck that I wish I hadn't of sold upon getting out. It was such a great ruck, it was a part of me, it made things so much better. It came with a welded frame, tough material, all pouches double stitched, a removable pillow pouch that could fit a tough book . . . . . ::longing stare:: . . . sigh*

I'm shocked at the PC considering all the flagrant mis-gendering , trans-hate and not even borderline machismo on a weekly basis on here - just about any Thai boxer post nudge wink, Moi's tattoo the latest, Veronica yes that was in good taste, why would anyone of any minority feel at all protected?

Never even considered that sexist? What can I say? She's a beautiful lady that was a wonderful Thai boxer and I want to represent both of those qualities in a permenant picture on my body. I don't see it as sexist asking for help designing a piece depicting an amazing woman. Yes I want it sexy but it wouldn't be her if it wasn't
It was even her suggestion as the one I had planned was a bit too raunchy

No idea what you said but go ahead, fill your boots

Honestly, I don't see any examples of "trans-hate" on MAP. If you do please report it.

As for Veronica, it was a bit of fun poked at me by another MApper that I ran with for maybe a day. I am often the butt of jokes made on MAP because I don't take myself too seriously. In any case it was clearly not aimed at anyone else or designed to offend. Whether you found it tasteful or not is another matter, but if you find anything offensive on MAP you always have the option to use the Report button.
