it's just broken? It just wiggles twice when it should be more, and then says 'that was funny' at the end without laughing.
Thing with the batteries is that i have to rip the toy's fabric open to maybe be able to change them.
It's a gift and I ordered it online, I don't want to rip it open if it's not the batteries, so I could just say sorry for it being broken without a hole i resewed on it
