Time Warner or ATT which one is better?

I am shopping around to get cable and internet and i was looking at time warner and at att. I dont know which one has better quality stuff. I have used both of them but its been awhile for time warner.
Basically i am looking for which one has the most problems with service and customer service, and which one do you get more for your money?
 
Can't comment of AT&T U-verse or satellite service. However, I was an AT&T DSL customer for years and regretted every minute. Recently switched to Time-Warner and couldn't be happier. Stay away from AT&T DSL.
