Tired, run down, lump on neck - what's wrong with me?

Good afternoon all. I'm not registered with a doctor at the moment and have little free time to get sorted out, so was wondering if one of you could help me?

I've been feeling considerably run down the last few weeks, like I'm about to get the flu but it never fully comes. I have acne spots on my chest, under my chin and around my forehead that have flared up from nowehere, a stiff neck, I'm having disturbing dizzy spells and have just noticed a marble sized lump on the back of my neck close to my hairline which is a little sore to the touch. My muscles are sore, I'm getting the occasional stomach cramp and I feel bunged up and SO exhausted. My head is muggy and I just feel yuck, for want of a better word. I've felt this way for around three weeks.

Am i just battling some vile bacterial infection that I should sit out or should I get my butt to the GP pronto?

Thanks!

you probably have an infection with a swollen gland, but I would get with my GP asap. Doesn't sound like it's going away on it's own. There is an outside chance its something more serious (I had a similar condition and ended up having sugury only to find out I had broken cappillaries in my neck, weird, huh?). But seriously, call Dr.
