I reread chapter 23 multiple times and I still don't have an answer to the questions...Can you help me with this question?

How does Harper Lee use the conversation between Scout and Jem to talk about class in chapter 23? What is the difference between Scout and Jem’s views? Why do you think they see class differently?
 
um well i had to read that book in school and um well jem thinks the class is pointless and scout hates the teacher cause she knows how to read and the other kids dont and the teacher is strict and scout also hates the teacher cause she makes scout ware a dress.
