TOLONG!!! how do i update my Nokia N81 8GB phone with the latest flash

player or javascript? whenever i want to play something on youtube, i would get a message from real player saying that i need to save rtstemp and it would ask me to save file now? Also, it said that i needed t update the latest flash player on the phone. where do i go and how do i do it???

please help!!!!
