I am a male, 15 years old, 125 pounds, and around 5' 10'' and im looking on how to eat healthier and possibly tone my abs. I currently do track 3x a week (2 hours each) and do some plain exercise also so weight loss isn't exactly the problem but i don't know what to eat or what certain exercises i should do to tone my abs and lose the fat in front of them.
