Toning up......for swimming.?

My plan so far for 2 weeks of hard work to get myself into shape is as follows...
Friday-Saturday-Sunday-Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday
-1300 calories, mainly fruits and veggies and whole grains.
-2 mile run (treadmill, 10 incline, 5 mph), 100 sit-ups, as many push-ups as possible, 30 minutes of Hip Hop abs, 10 minutes of squats/ calf lifts/ jumps, 10 minutes of planks, 10 minutes kneeling leg lifts, 10 minutes of stretching before & after all exercise.
-Fiber pill, and 8-12 glasses of water.
And the math....
I need to burn 14,000 calories per week.
My body Naturally burns 11753 calories/ day.
I'll be taking in 9100 calories/ week.
(9100-11753=2653)
14000-2653=11347 calories.

11347/ 7= 1621/calories/day

I can do it! But where you come in............How many calories do all my exercises add up to in a daily total? thankks
