Torrent downloads soo slow .Help?

I used to download at 300 KBS now im at 10KBS what has happened. How do i make them go faster i have torrents where therre over 200 seeders online and still slow

Try clearing your browser and repairing your internet connection using the support option in internet options. Or, you may have picked up some adware from an internet site. Try an internet download and see if your download speed is affected the same as your torrents.
