I was trying to download torrent files and they just wont download. Everything will set up, but there will be no download. I must admit i only have a vague understanding of how this all even works so dumbing it down would be appreciated. I also have tried downloading the file with two different downloaders, utorrent and the torch browser, both had the same problem. Any idea why this is happening. I am using my college's internet, could that have something to do with it? Let me know if you need any other information to figure this out.
Disclaimer, I'm not downloading illegal things just finding some hard to get files.
