Torrent to CD? Please Help!?

I just downloaded a torrent for the PC game "Portal" and I finished everything and now it is on my computer. Is there any way to copy the game to a cd or dvd so that I can send a copy to my friend? Please help!

What does torrent have to do with it? You can copy files to cd's and dvd's just like you copy files to anywhere else.
